Batimat apartment complex has 21 apartment units. The units are divided into large (apartments type 1) and small (apartments type 2) apartments. We also accommodate for people with disabilities. Batimat apartment complex is located in a small fishing place Ljubač, 14km west of Zadar and 30 km east of the island - city of Pag. The village has two small stores and two restaurants/pizzerias. In the village, Ljubač offers home-grown seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as olive oil harvested directly from the fields. Ljubač has a small harbor where Batimat apartments have their own powerboats and kayaks that can be conveniently rented. Ljubač is 15 minutes away from the city center of Zadar and 30 minutes away form airport Zemunik, which makes traveling very easy.
