The apartments are located outside the city center (500 m), in the Gulf (Port Ticja) in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. The beach near the house is located about 200 m away, beach is concrete and pebble, no crowds and the sea is crystal clear. The apartments are new and fully equipped, all balconies and terraces overlooking the sea, (TV, SAT, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, grill, arrival desirable from 14 pm and departure before 09:00 am. Included the use of all residential facilities, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, parking place. For reservation is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price.
