The apartment is located in an old building that has been built in the time of Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. A building is about 150 years old, but the apartment is renovated. The size of the apartment is 60 square meters. It has a large living room, new bathroom, a childrens room with a bunk bed, kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. Its really close to the beach,about 2 minutes on foot. It has a large free parking and it is close to the center of the city - about 20 minutes on foot.
