Guests have their own area of the house at their disposal, and no events are held on the property during the guests' stay. The house is located a 45-minute drive from the Plitvice Lakes National Park, and 30 minutes to the sea, and 45 minutes to the Paklenica and Krka National Parks, and has its own swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, as well as a large gazebo, as well as a sun deck with deck chairs. The house was built as a replica of a traditional Lika house that stood in the same place for more than 200 years, and represents a combination of contemporary and traditional design.
