Property for up to 5 persons with private Jacuzzi and garden, located in a peaceful village of Ivan Dolac, on the southern side of the island of Hvar, just few minutes walking from the sea and the beach. The rental, entirely set for guests, is an ideal holiday home for families with children. Small pets are allowed upon request. NO PARTIES allowed! The house (50 m2 of indoor space; 400 m2 outdoor) consists of two storeys. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a living room meanwhile on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (sleeps 2), and the other one is equipped with a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 3). The bathroom consists of a shower, toilette and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and other kitchen utensils and kitchenware. Hair dryer and washing machine are available at the utilities corner. The air-conditioning unit is placed at the main bedroom on the upper floor whereas on the ground floor there are fans. WI-FI Internet connection is available as well as LCD TV with international channels. From the balcony on the upper floor and from the terrace at the garden you can enjoy a sea view. The outdoor area provides a private Jacuzzi and a large garden with barbecue, dining table with chairs, three lounges and outdoor shower. Free of charge private parking place is available in front of the entrance to the property. The house is centrally located in a green oasis, just a minute away from the main beach, the lounge bar and the restaurants.
