Byłem w tych apartamentach 2 razy (ostatni raz w ok. 2011) i prawdę mówiąc, nie chce mi się wierzyć, że przesympatyczni właściciele (Natalia i Ivica Jakir) byli niemili. Chyba, że są nowi właściciele. Co do regulaminu to w większości apartamentowców tego typu był jakiś regulamin z podobnym uregulowaniem co do klimy (nie wszędzie).
